Kiesha Halliburton
Kiesha Halliburton is the Owner and Chief Solutions Architect at K. Cooper Consulting. She has an extensive background of nearly 15 years of solving challenges and formulating productive strategies within the areas of business development and executive leadership support. Through her company, she puts the ease into operations, logistics and C-Suite management, along with establishing onboarding systems that streamline the efficiency outcomes and life of her clients.
She is a calculated risk taker, who embraces diverse experiences, helping her to have an inept knowledge and ability to overcome obstacles. Kiesha uses her scientific background in order to diffuse issues and provide practical plans of actions through her analysis of data. She is a self-starter when it comes to learning new processes and she exhibits thoughtful decision making in order to enhance the ability of her clients’ approach to accomplish their mission and services.
One of Kiesha’s super powers is in connecting her intuitive expertise and using her style of personable engagement in order to understand the unique needs of her clients to successfully accomplish their sustained goals and outcomes.
She has worked with national nonprofits, foundations and institutions along with start-up companies to forge opportunities in spaces such as science, law, public relations, retail and fundraising. In these entities, she used her research and analytical background to create intentional recommendations – through this she was coined as the solutions expert.
She does all of this while staying fashionable, poised and researching trends through her avenues and boulevards platform. Kiesha holds a B.S. in Biology from Spelman College. She is the wife of Cedric and mother to two children; Ava and Chandler.
